What is Mach250?
Mach250 is a student-run club based at the Ecolint STEM Center. We build and fly a custom drone to run experiments in public space, test ideas, and document what happens.
Our team works to design the drone , collect data, and share results. The drone is a tool for exploring visibility, movement, and interaction — not just flight.
Everything is student-led: planning, building, flying, analyzing. The goal is to learn by doing and make something real.
Why does it matter?
Staying under 250g unlocks new possibilities: fewer regulations, more accessibility, and a chance to innovate where others can’t. We believe flight should be light, fast, and open to everyone
“Every flight begins with a sketch. Every sketch begins with a question: what if?”
Noé Mialet – Part time philosopher
